This special plug-in version of the ECU Master Black simplifies installation enormously. It plugs right in to your stock wire harness. Just connect a manifold pressure reference to the onboard MAP sensor and you’re off and running. By default it uses the (somewhat slow) air temp sensor in the OEM MAF sensor. You can easily add an aftermarket air temp sensor if you prefer. We also strongly recommend adding a wideband O2 sensor for superior fuel mixture control and logging. Most OEM functions will be intact after install – gauges, air conditioning, ABS all work. The OEM traction control is eliminated, but with some work you can configure and activate the ECU Master Black’s adjustable traction control feature.
