For installing Honda K20 engine and transmission from 2002-06 RSX (Integra) Type S or Type R in your 2000-05 Toyota MR2-S (manual or SMT). Also works for the K24 from an Acura TSX with addition of this mount
Complete set of mounts and hardware- this kit is everything you will need to mount the Acura/Honda K20 engine and transmission to your MR2 Spyder. Does not work with engines or transmissions from other Acura/Honda models.
Obviously an engine swap is a big job and you will also need wiring, exhaust, air intake, shifter cable adapter, etc to complete your swap.
About innovative mounts:
The stock factory mounts allow for some serious movement in the engine and thus many problems for lotus owners. Innovative’s kit greatly reduces engine movement resulting in a dramatic reduction of wheel hop as well as very noticeable improvements in throttle response and shifting precision. Kit includes all four replacement mounts. Urethane stiffness is 75A which is soft enough to absorb some vibration but stiff enough due to the solid construction that movement is minimized.
