Upgraded pulley for MWR’s 2ZZ supercharger kit for the 2ZZ engine
The standard 71mm pulley supplied with the kit makes 6-7psi for a very safe boost level on 91 octane, in hotter ambient temperatures, etc.
This pulley increases boost to 8-10psi for max power output on a stock 2ZZ engine. 93+ octane fuel and a good tune are required, and additional bolt on mods like upgraded header etc compliment this upgrade well. Power increase depends on tuning and other modifications but is typically in the 20-25hp range.
Installs very easily; just remove the 4 bolts, remove old pulley, install new pulley and torque the 4 bolts to 12 Nm.
