MWR Shifter Shaft – 2ZZ MR2 Spyder Swap (01-03 Corolla/Matrix/Vibe Trans)

Description

MWR shifter shaft for installing a 2003 Matrix/Vibe  or 2001-03 Corolla (overseas models like Runx) 6-speed in your 2000-2005 MR2 Spyder.

For all other C60 models use THIS shaft

These 6-speed transmissions can be installed in the MR2-S with the stock 1ZZ-FE or with a 2ZZ-GE swap. The MR2-S 6-speed swap REVERSE BLOCKOUT (sold separately) is also required for install.

Most people will also want  MWR’s CONVERSION LEVER to upgrade the shift lever assembly inside the car for full compatibility with the 6-speed shift pattern to ensure easy reverse gear selection.

If you have a Matrix/Corolla/Vibe 6-speed please be aware that you will need to drill and tap two M10x1.25 holes in your transmission case to complete this swap.
