Years ago Toyota discontinued their SST that is used to greatly ease the removal/install operation with the 2000-05 MR2 Spyder’s SMT gear shift actuator (GSA).
MWR’s new billet aluminum SST is superior to the old Toyota tool, sliding easily into place and maintaining alignment of the GSA’s actuator link. Durable anodized aluminum means it’s strong and will survive repeated usage if needed.
