Brand new QRP accessory belt tensioner pulley only. Fits all 1ZZ-FE and 2ZZ-GE engines in Toyota and Lotus cars. Noisy squeaky sound in the belt are? It’s often this pulley.

Note that the bolt securing this pulley to the tensioner arm has a Toyota proprietary head style (not a standard hex). MWR sells this socket tool separately (see link below)
