The OEM shifter mechanism in the Lotus Elise and Exige has a lot of room for improvement. It has been described as sloppy, vague and numb.
Includes adapter parts so it works with OEM, SSC or Inokinetic shift cables.
Trueleo started from scratch and using CAD designed this upgrade mechanism. Fully CNC’d and using sealed bearings rather than bushings, it replaces the OEM lever mechanism at the transmission eliminating much of the slop and flex of the OEM shifting system while also the owner to adjust the throw and feel of the shifter. Now you can dial in the shifter to suit your taste and performance needs. Standard throw preserves a lighter feel while shortening the throw results in a heavier feel but quicker shifts. As an added bonus, this 1 lb assembly replaces the OEM assembly which weighs in at 3-4 lbs.
Fits all Elise and Exige models 2005-2006 with Toyota 2ZZ engine. Fits RHD and LHD vehicles.
